I want to give the plugin 6 stars. Because it turns out that when you insert or remove an item from a series, everything else in the series is automatically renumbered. That functionality is as wonderful as it was unexpected!

Easy to assign posts to a series, and to order them.
CSS is crazy simple to customize. I did so for the first time in my 2 yr. WP experience. And CSS is totally customizable in settings. Awesome.
The plugin does not add awkward looking elements. They integrate well, look great and are logically placed.

I have used Organize Series for quite a while now and it’s only improved with age. It’s flexible, powerful, well-documented, and supported. I haven’t seen a better plug-in for writing serial fiction.

Series Parts
Easily set what part each post is in the series. You can explicitly set the parts manually or let Organize Series automatically assign the part. Best of all, when you remove a post from a series the other parts will be renumbered automatically!
Navigation
All the parts of your series will be automatically linked together and easily navigated by those reading your content. The plugin provides a variety of ways in which you can expose navigation of your series to your readers.
Series Images
You can choose an image to represent/identify your series with and display that image every where your series is displayed.
